Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposits -

  • A deposit is required for all hair and makeup bookings. For lash and brow bookings you will be required to supply card details or a small deposit to secure your booking. You can still pay in full for your appointment if you wish.

  • I understand things come up, so my cancellation policy is very lenient. However, last-minute changes, cancellations & no-shows impact my business greatly.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time (48hrs in busy periods such as Christmas).

  • Any online payments will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment - however you can use this to book your next appointment if you are cancelling with more than 24hrs notice (or 48hrs in busy periods).

  • Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, will incur a last-minute cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services booked.

  • For no show appointments, a 100% fee may be charged.

  • Thank you for your understanding!

Cancellation Policy -

Formal Hair and Makeup Deposits are non-refundable, no matter how far from the event date you cancel. These days get very busy, and I turn down multiple people so unfortunately, I cannot refund any deposits for these services if they are cancelled.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, go to your confirmation email and click the 'change/cancel appointment' button and it will allow you to do so from there. Or you can also message my business page or text/email me.

If you are cancelling an appointment with 24 hours (48hrs in December) or less notice, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable into a gift voucher.

When cancelling an appointment that does require a deposit (except formal bookings), you will not be refunded, but can use this to reschedule to a new appointment in the future. This can be hair, makeup, brows or lashes. You must contact me if you have paid a deposit when cancelling as I do not get notified. If you don't contact me, you will forfeit your deposit.

*Please note that during busy times (such as December period), the cancellation policy is extended to 48 hours.

Please refer to the contract emailed to you upon booking when cancelling a wedding. Or please contact me.
