Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposits -

A deposit is required for all hair and makeup bookings and any lash and brow bookings made on a Wednesday when I am working from Infinity Hair Design. The reason a deposit is required is to try and avoid last minute cancellations. When appointments are cancelled, it can be hard for me to fill the appointment spot (especially if it is last minute) so I am therefore losing income.

Cancellation Policy -

Formal Hair and Makeup Deposits are non-refundable, no matter how far from the event date you cancel. These days get very busy, and I turn down multiple people so unfortunately, I cannot refund any deposits for these services if they are cancelled.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, go to your confirmation email and click the 'change/cancel appointment' button and it will allow you to do so from there. Or you can also message my business page or text/email me.

If you are cancelling an appointment with 24 hours (48hrs in December) or less notice, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable into a gift voucher.

When cancelling an appointment that does require a deposit, I will allocate a gift voucher to you in the amount you have paid for the deposit. This voucher can be used on hair, makeup, brows or lashes in the future. You must contact me if you have paid a deposit when cancelling to ensure a voucher is issued.

When cancelling an appointment that does not require a deposit (lash and brow bookings at my home studio), I ask that you please cancel with as much notice as possible. If you are cancelling the same day as your appointment, a deposit may be required before booking your next appointment. If this becomes a common occurrence, future booking requests may not be accepted.

*Please note that during busy times (such as December period), deposits are required for home studio booking as well. In this case the cancellation policy relating to non-transfer of deposits will apply.

Weddings -

Please refer to the contract emailed to you upon booking when cancelling a wedding. Or please contact me.
