Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Please note that a 48 hour notice period applies for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment total, as it is often difficult to fill the spot at short notice. No-shows or appointments cancelled with very little notice may be charged at 100% of the appointment total.

Any booking fee or deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable in the case of late notice or missed appointments.

By making a booking, you are agreeing to these terms.
